I am sure Mr. Trump doesn’t mind.  He seems to have plenty of stuff so I’d like to celebrate his birthday by giving you (and those you know),

TAX Day - Ugh!!

I recently read where we were working Jan. 1 through June 30th of each year, just to pay all of our taxes. After that, you keep all you make. Prior to that, 100% goes to the government in some form or fashion to pay for some kind of government worker, work program, social program, defense, project, health care, common good, common bad, etc. Whatever you want to call it, April 15th is TAX day; the deadline for filing your federal income taxes in the U.S.A. Why April?

So in celebration of this special time of year, let’s talk TAX relief.  If you received last month’s letter from me, you will recall our goal of trying to raise $25,000.00 for our REO for kids foundation.  But – we need your help and I believe you can benefit from the TAX relief as well.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital has a full house of kids fighting for their lives.  For them and their parents taxes are not “top of mind”, health is. ...

Hopefully the Ground Hog Got It Right...

All I can say is WOW!  I am sitting here at my computer thinking of how grateful I am for the value you bring to my real estate business, looking out my office window and there is not a cloud in the sky, temps forecasted at 80 degrees today for the high.  It looks like Spring has Sprung.

For many across the country it’s still COLD, grey, and snowy! One thing is for sure, this winter season is coming to an end.  It does every year without fail.

Just like the weather seasons come and seasons go, so do the seasons of life.  I’m sure you have noticed as I have the older I get the faster they move by.  These “seasons of life” go by so fast, my hope is that you enjoy each one.  Yes some will be HOT and others will be COLD, highs and lows.  The lows we want to move by quickly, the highs we want to stay in forever sometimes.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 sums up “seasons of life&r ...

Your Referrals Help the Kids

Patricia and I are proud founding and contributing members of REO4KIDS in which every home sold benefits a children's charity. Since 2008 the member of REO4kids have raised or donated $1,000,000 to improve the lives of children.

While the charity has donated to Boys and Girls clubs, which has programs for kids to be secured and safe after school and other times when their parents are working, or Make a Wish Foundation. We believe that the most cherished wish any child would have is not to be sick in the first place, we choose to make our donations to the St. Jude Children's Research hospital.

The mission of this institution is to advance cures and means of prevention, for pediatric, catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. No child is ever denied treatment based on race, religion, or a family’s ability to pay.  Needless to say they need assistants to be able to carry on with their noble cause. So YOUR REFERRALS REALLY DO HELP THE KDIS...

We donate ...
